Hello from walpole its very cold and raw. I have a red hat meeting tonight my niece joined but she wears a pink hat instead of red hat.
Your mother gave me your email so I'm having my niece do this for me.
See you soon
Love Marie.

Happy birthday to my first born! It was great talking to you 4 hours before your 27th birthday!! Your father and I were commenting on how did 27 years fly by?? Seems like yesterday we were in Brigham and Women's Hospital with our first daughter. We wish you a year filled with wonderful memories and joyous occasions. Can't wait till you come home December 12th. Love you to the moon and back. Hugs and kisses, MOM XOXOXO

you've got an impressive running log...have you ever just gone out for a run without a watch?! it's kind of liberating...you might run faster without a watch :)

Salut Erica,

Thanks for a great introduction to Clermont! Can't think of a more productive/fun way to have spent the first day.

Is it "easy" to stay in France after being an assistant for two years? Was it difficult to find a lectrice position?

hi erica. happened here via your sig on the assistants' forum. i'd like to keep up with your blog and read more about you but you have no feed! Any plans for one in the future?

Salut!

I came across your blog via the assistants' forum. I live (sort of) next door, in Ussel! I visited C-F in December. What a neat city. You are impressive. A doctoral student, a runner, and a soon-to-be francaise! You're cool. Post more pictures of cute shoes :)

Hey Erica,

It's been so long! And yet, visiting your blog (for the first time, I have to confess!) brings me closer to you and all that you've gone through over the past few years. Wish we could get in touch again: there's so much that strikes a chord with me, starting with that hauntingly beautiful song: "Almost Lover" (deep sigh......)I've noticed that your latest posts are fraught with hope, and gladly so, so keep looking forward, lovely girl, bound for joy, light, life, friendship, love and happiness -- so relevant the sunflowers adorning this page! You already look like one on the many pictures on which you greet us with a beaming smile :-D

Love,

Sonia
